Cons: Although the location is convenient, it is situated on a the main road and thus busy and noisy night and day, so keep that in mind, especially during peak season. A fan or air conditioning recommended. Although supplied heater lovely for winter, we visited in the summer, as it being a loft it was extremely hot! Even though windows can open, not practical with regular thunderstorms. Although the room has a lovely layout, please consider an additional mirror (there is only one mirror in the bathroom), perhaps inside the wardrobe etc. preferably close to a plug point. There is also no space in the bathroom to place any toiletries. Unfortunately the gate to the back parking was locked, making it tedious to take luggage around the main area, having to navigate shoppers and a busy street. Cleaning staff came to clean and tidy the room just as we were about to settle for an afternoon nap - suggestion is to perhaps ask guests a suitable time for them to come? Regardless, we had a lovely, relaxing stay!

Cons: Parking not explained in booking, but was well explained by staff.

Pros: Lovely room, very tastefully decorated, lots of attention to detail. All facilities were great. Bed is very comfy. The location is perfect for wondering around the town. Breakfast at Bankers was delicious and very generous.

Cons: Staff could have been clearer about where to go. Perhaps walking with the guest would be good? Signage from the back parking area pointing guests in the right direction would be helpful. The building is painted so beautifully, it would be nice if the theme was carried through the passageway where guests walk to get to the front. That walkway is dirty, uneven and disconcerting. Lastly, perhaps a security gate at the back would make guests feel less concerned about the safety of their vehicle.

Pros: The rooms were spotless, with thoughtful touches such as heaters and electric blankets to ensure comfort and warmth during the night. The gentleman assisting with check-in and check-out was excellent. A peaceful and quiet place to stay

Cons: Billboard instruction for acurate direction of the location.

Pros: I have never seen any place serving jacobs coffee to guests. You know your story. Keep it up. Room was clean.
