Pros: Beautiful reception from lady Ruth. Clean and they are very helpful

Cons: Nothing, even the kids were happy.

Pros: Ruth was wonderful to us - we started seeing her as family. She made our stay excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed and checking on our comfort. We chatted like friends, felt at home, and shared jokes. We accidentally broke a mug and gave Ruth money to replace it; she sent us a picture of the new one, showing her trustworthiness. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay memorable. We'll definitely return because of Ruth and hope to be hosted by her again.

Cons: We stayed for 4 nights at The Hide Claremont hotel. At first, we were a bit disappointed and skeptical due to cockroaches in the room. However, we decided to buy our own insect spray. Management should consider regular fumigation as it's otherwise a very good, safe, and quiet place to stay.

Exceptional service.

Pros: Warm welcome from the gate by the beautiful lady, the place is very clean and well organised. She made sure that everything that we need is organised and would always ask us how we feeling about the place and if we slept well. They’ve got a great ambassador in her.

Cons: None, just a suggestion to have glass shower door instead of the curtains.

The Ramuntshi's Ruth was such a wonderful and greatest assistant personnel for our 4 nights stay.

Pros: Everything was simple and Ruth the assistant was such a friendliest lady who treated us like Family, everything we saw in the pictures before booking is exactly what we saw upon our arrival.

Pros: What a fantastic location. Ruth was absolutely amazing and helpful. She really accommodated us us well

Cons: Perhaps just not there being a handle for the soap in the bathroom

Pros: Terrence and Theresa are actually very good They can communicate and respect our privacy i have being there couple of times they are the best doing very great job

Cons: 1 day I was taken out after a shower coz they wanted to work I didn't like that and other day stop us because they wanna check the room 1st I mean even though you wanna check you don't have to let us know or feel like thieves

Pros: The host, Sis Ruthy was a wonderful host. Tried her best to assist us and was very welcoming.

Cons: They did not have shower gels or soaps for guests in the bathroom. No plug points for kitchen appliances, have to use extension cord to plug microwave and kettle.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, the place was very neat and clean....and as for the host Ruth she was amazing, friendly and very helpful.
