Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would definitely come back and also recommend them.

Cons: Some of the security staff at the gate were rude and unwelcoming. Coming in and out of the premises was nerve wrecking. However, I would like to separate this experience from the host. We had other family members and friends who experienced similar issues with gate security staff. Customer care training would be helpful for some staff.
