Pros: We had everything we needed. It was clean. Lovely place to stay.

Pros: Beautiful lodge in a beautiful estate. Only 15 minutes from the Kruger Park Phabeni Gate.

Cons: The bed in the upstairs ensuite bedroom was very squeaky as was the door into the upstairs ensuite bathroom

Spacious Home, Beautiful Resort and Exceptional Service

Pros: The house was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is spacious and well laid out, so even with our large group of seven people, everyone had more than enough room to relax without feeling crowded. The resort itself is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere and a fantastic variety of activities to keep the children entertained throughout our stay. Joey was a truly outstanding host — friendly, attentive and quick to assist whenever we needed help. When we mentioned that the braai was a bit unsteady and too small for our group, Joey arranged a brand-new braai for us within a single day. That kind of prompt and thoughtful service is rare, and we were incredibly impressed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better hospitality.

Cons: I believe some basic maintenance would enhance the overall guest experience. During our stay, we noticed a strong odour coming from the drains in the upstairs bathrooms, which we reported to reception. In addition, the air conditioners would benefit from a thorough cleaning, as some of the filters were blocked and prevented certain units from functioning properly until we cleaned them ourselves.

Pros: The Lodge was wonderful and spacious It was comfortable and well equipped. It's an excellent location so we could get to Kruger Park quickly. Very close to the malls. Also, communication from the manager was good. Highly recommended for a family or large group

Pros: We have stayed at KPL three times now at different lodges, we really love it

Cons: Was unfortunate that the built in braai could not be used, hopefully it can be in the future

Fabulous holiday

Pros: Accommodation was great,staff was very friendly and the environment was fabulous.

Cons: I liked most of the things,the only thing I would suggest is that the property to arrange transport like an Uber as an additional charge,because when I am tipsy I don't feel like driving.

We had a great stay and we enjoyed it to the fullest. I would definitely visit this place again.

Pros: Great location for various reasons, such as spotting of some animals, safe and secure location and also to meet other people.

Cons: There was no darts and also one of the switches tripped all the light when we put it on. There was also a broken door knob on arrival which prevented that door from closing.
