Pros: Good communication from the host. Cleanliness. Location. Provisions.

Cons: Net curtains under main curtains in the bedroom would provide some privacy please, otherwise it forces having to keep curtains shut. Sachets such as sugar, milk and salt really come in handy for guests if provided.
