Pros: Pristine furniture and appliances, new apartment, was very impressed with how elegantly it's decorated. The shower needs a rack for shower gels and rail for hanging wet towels etc. Keep the linen in pristine condition as well. Otherwise very premium apartment

Cons: No aircon...close to the main road which can be problematic esp in the morning if you're sleeping in.
