I had an amazing stay , and great memories were made

Pros: It was very peaceful . The sounds of the river and the birds was top tier.

Cons: N/A

Small things do matter

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The location was good for what we needed.

Cons: Although there was nothing wrong with the communal kitchen it would be nice to have at least a kettle and microwave in the room. It was bucketing with rain and going out in the rain to make coffee after a marathon was definitely not an option.

Pros: I won’t say much about the owner 🤦‍♀️ But the place is very very nice in a good location for relaxing and the staff were very nice xem ❤️❤️more especially the lady name sindi❤️

Pros: The pool Having warm water Having access to a fan since the temperatures tend to be high

Cons: Nothing to honestly complain about, all was well

Luxury and peace.

Pros: The location, the setup, very friendly staff. The best facility ever…. We will be going back soon. The place is a gem. Chalet 3 the best choice 👌👌👌Top notch.

Cons: The interior, like exquisite….The mountains, peace, the river. I liked the sound of the flowing river . M speechless in honest fact.

Pros: Crocodile Sands River Lodge was such a beautiful stay. The setting is incredible — tucked into a valley between mountains, with a real “in the middle of nature” feeling. The units are nicely spaced out with a meadow in between, so you get proper privacy and peace. One of my favorite touches was the open-air shower — showering under the stars is honestly unforgettable. Add the river nearby, the walking trails (great even for a run), and the calm atmosphere, and it’s the perfect place to switch off and just enjoy pure nature and stargazing. Highly recommended for anyone wanting quiet, space, and that special wilderness vibe.

Simply relaxing

Pros: The way the units are a little bit away from each other owww that was soo fantastic 🥰 I love love loved our unit, the shower that gives the outdoor vibes

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Such a beautiful place, quiet, peaceful, the sound of the river constantly mesmerising, the art pieces were perfectly put together, it really felt like a dream, the staff was extra helpful, they went beyond their means to make sure we were comfortable. The room was spacious, definitely would come back,

Cons: It was raining season, so it was muddy, my car got dirty, if you going on a rainy season, use a 4 wheel drive car, but there was nothing I didn't like from the place itself

Pros: The overall accommodation was breathtaking. The layout was exactly what I saw.

Cons: Nothing. It would have been nice to have a pool away from the other accomodation.

PERFECT!

Pros: The place was absolutely beautiful and having the river flowing a few metres away from me was priceless. The sounds of nature's birds and insects throughout the day were peaceful and relaxing, such tranquility is exactly what I was looking for. The outdoor kitchen was close to the braai stand. This made food prep and braaing so convenient and perfect. I really enjoyed that. Trust me when I say, I am definitely coming back here and staying for longer than a weekend.

Cons: The curtains were dirty which is a downside for me. Every single one of white curtains had brown stains on them, indication that someone either touched them with dirty hands or there were spills previously on them. One would expect that when they arrive for their booking, that the curtains would also be clean with no stains. The DSTV was not working when I left on the morning of the 1st due to payment issues. I suspect this was due to timing of payment but again, something that you wouldn't expect to happen when on vacation.
