Great Host. It was a short one night stay but pleasant and comfortable

Pros: The host, Njabulo was readily available, helpful, and pleasant. Close to restaurants, the mall, and the place of the event we were attending. The property was clean

Cons: The Apartment block owners should repaint the exterior walls. When we saw the exterior perimeter wall and building walls, we were anxious until we entered the booked self-catering apartment, and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean it was.

Njabulo is a great host. The place is not far from highways and shopping centres.

Pros: The host was amazingly nice and helpful. She communicated everything clearly from the moment we booked, through the check in process and during our stay. She responded to messages promptly and assisted us with directions and navigating around. The place is beautiful. We loved the bedrooms most.

Cons: The only thing we weren’t happy about is the Nelspruit heat. There are fans in the bedroom but were not so effective. Maybe investing in air conditioning for all rooms would help (obviously this would come with a bit of increase in the booking fee since maintenance costs will increase). The kitchen furniture is okay, but might do with some upgrades.
