Excellent Establishment

Pros: Very neat, clean, comfortable....within walking distance to the office. The host was courteous enough to provide, tea, coffee and milk....a bonus especially after a long days travel to my destination 😀

Perfect location to Sunbet Arena, just walk straight over the road. Felt very safe. Comfy bed.

Cons: It was extremely hot at night. Didnt use the fan as it was incredibly dusty inside it and we are both asthmatic, didnt want to open doors for noise.

I would come back here.

Cons: It didn’t have any pots or pans however these were delivered on my 2nd night stay. Still missing a few necessary items - drying up rack and a pair of scissors. There should be salt, pepper and a little oil for cooking.

Pros: Easy check-in. Great room and smart facility and utensils. Nice view. Some minor issues but overall it was a very pleasant stay and will definitely make use of it again! Host was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Bit of a hassle to sort out the basement parking-someone parked on my spot. Shower drain was a bit blocked and water piled up. Water in shower went hot/cold/hot/cold every time. Need bigger hairdryer.

Pros: Great location and the room was exactly like the pictures shown.

Cons: The room was very clean, however, there was an ant issue. We are on the fourth floor and there were many ants on the floor. I had one in the bed and they were on the couch. When I book high-quality rooms like this, I don't expect an ant issue. However, I think it is a building issue.

Value for money, clean and a quick to respond host. I will definitely book this one again.
