Great for a sleepover after the theatre and late dinner. Would use this apartment again.

Pros: Close to theatre, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Safe and clean.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. All good 👍

I love staying at these apartments and 1320 is one of the nicest I’ve had.

Pros: Nice desk for working at. Comfortable bed. Although I didn’t need a washing machine and dryer they looked very nice.

Cons: Ironing board rusting and cut my hand. A long mirror would be a nice addition.

It was fine. The host was very responsive when we had a need.

Pros: We appreciated the washer and dryer, and having a designated space in the parking garage.

Cons: The fire alarm went off very early one morning (someone was smoking) and we didn't know how to contact the front desk to see what to do. A few times some people were smoking weed that we could smell, and from time to time a rather loud stereo was going, though not very late at night.

Pros: Modern rooms. Lovely pool & restaurant on 16th floor. Close to Time Square.

Cons: Aircon in our room needs a service. Broken tap at kitchen sink. Otherwise very good. Bed could be better quality.

Great value for money, and great location.

Pros: Great location and the room is very cosy. It's also well equipped. It's honestly good value for money! And the view is sublime.

Cons: I think the addition of a small coffee table can make a difference in the small seating area. But I already expressed this to the owners. Besides that, nothing to complain about.

The building is beautiful. the rooom is clean and neat, staff very friendly.

Pros: There was no breakfast included in the stay. We liked the fact that the staff at the Hotel was very accommodating. We did not need to drive any ware as the restaurants were in close proximity to the apartment

Cons: We would have liked to have some coffee for the morning. But it was not part of the accommodation.

Lovely Stay

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay here. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. The views were breathtaking — the perfect backdrop to start and end each day. The amenities were excellent, with plenty of thoughtful touches that made the experience feel special. Most of all, the staff were amazing: friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I’d highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Cons: Just the ironing board that needs to be changed.
