Pros: The place was very clean, owner ensured that my stay was pleasant by continuously containing me to check if all is well.

Pros: Location was perfect and my room was very comfortable

Cons: Checking in was a nightmare, it took more than an hour to check in. 2 operators in a check with more and more people looking to check in every minute. One staff member responded by saying the day before was even worse

Pros: It is very secure and we felt very safe here. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, and modern. My husband and I loved staying here. The host gracefully accommodated us on short notice. I would rate this place better than the average hotel.

Safe cosy apartment

Pros: The apartment was clean, cosy & comfortable. The area was totally safe. Loved the guys at reception friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Only faults was that we were 2 adults but were only given one bath towel. Maybe for the future consider doing something about the glass door between the bath & room. The bathroom is everyone's private space, I don't think anyone would want to be watched while in the bathroom.

It was quite good.

Pros: I liked the security, the easy access to the mall and the facilities in the room.

Cons: The bathroom mats in particular were dirty. Seemed like 2 or 3 occupants used them before us and they were never cleaned.

The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. It was fitted with all the necessary appliances.

Pros: I liked the location, far away from all the busyness but within close distance to shops.

Cons: These was nothing I did not like.
