Pros: The place was beautiful and CleanChantel was available on the phone to assist. She is very efficient. We travelled in October during summer but unfortunately it was cold on our day one and we didn't have a heater on the room and the next day the owner bought us a new heater. He was very considerate. Pros: Our home for the weekend was so beautiful, welcoming, clean, warm, accommodating and the host was very friendly and welcomed us in a warm and friendly way.

Cons: nothing except for the weather.

Pros: The host Puvi was amazing, from communication prior to arrival, to when we arrived. To even coming to personally check on us and welcome us. The apartment was beautiful and had all the things we needed. The view of the lagoon was an extra bonus.

Pros: The owner is very friendly and I loved the communication he has with you. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy and you have everything you need from beginning to end of your stay. Very helpful. The apartments we used were great, had everything we need and comfortable. My kids also enjoyed playing in the yard. I didn't encounter any problems with the apartment and The Blyde facilities as a whole, as long as you follow the rules of the place. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Cons: More variety with regards to the restaurant, stayed there for 5 night and ended up buying food from outside (we were on holiday so we were not planning on cooking).
