Great view, great value

Pros: The hosts are very friendly and always trying to improve their offering. I have stayed at Vanross on numerous occasions and will definitely be back. Best view in Thabazimbi

Pros: The Place for a Farm stay in a Rural Town is excellent standard. The hosts were extremely friendly and Helpful. The most advantage was even the fact that its few Kilometers to Marakele National Park. The WiFi is top Notch even though you might struggle to get normal network, Hence nothing to worry about being offline .

Cons: There was nothing that bothered me as its a very Quiet and relaxed environment

Pros: I loved waking up to the beautiful mountains views. It is exactly what I was looking for, the view, serenity, a running/walking trail for those who like that, perfect for someone who wants to have a peaceful place that feels like home away from home. The kitchen and the bathroom are spacious. And she was kind enough to let me park my car under the shade since it was raining. Laurette (the owner) made sure that I was comfortable as possibly as I can. She was also kind enough to educate me about her plants and for letting me have her tasty fruits that were ripe in her garden. I also got some plants to plant back in Jhb. The hospitality at Van Ross was out of this world. I feel like I am part of the family now.

Cons: I didn’t like that it was too beautiful and serene that I hardly went out to explore the town more :)

Authentieke ervaring op groot domein

Pros: Vlakbij Marakele NP. Typisch charmant huis op een grote eigendom. Eigenaar woont op hetzelfde domein en geeft veel nuttige tips. Zalig groot bed.

Cons: Er was een probleem met het regelen van het water in de douche.

Cons: mit der Stromversorgung gab es ein Problem

Pros: Viel Platz und man konnte sein Essen gut zubereiten. Eine große Terrasse war bei Regen eine Gute Lösung.Toller Blick auf die Berge. Kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen.

Cons: Da gibt es nichts außer das keine Seife da war

Pros: La struttura è bellissima e molto pulita. È immersa nella natura e vicinissima al parco di Marakele. Laurette è gentilissima e disponibile.

Cons: C'è poca acqua calda

Pros: Tout...l'accueil des propriétaires...Lorette est super gentille...très à l'écoute de ses hôtes . Jolie petite maison rustique dans un cadre magnifique avec vue sur le marakalele et les animaux qui passent vous faire un coucou Très proche du park avec un bon restaurant en face de l'entrée

Cons: Rien... (petit bémol un léger manque de batterie de cuisine)
