Pros: I give thanks to the security and the cleaning ladies. Everything was perfect 👌 rooms clean,pool very clean. The security was patrolling at night. Then we were safe

Cons: We were expecting to find tea,coffee, sugar, and milk in our rooms. How can you put kettle and cups without tea staff. They need to change mattress 😒

Pros: The number of beds, and comfortability. The shops being so close, and with variety

Cons: Tv, no wifi password, the fact that we didn't hv a care taker whom we could ask questions or request wifi password. No hot water😭

It was a beautiful weekend the room was clean and comfortable

Pros: The location is beautiful and serene and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The are rules on how the facility should be used, like no loud music, no alcohol in the pool area but the was minimal to no monitoring that the rules are adhered too, which meant several times I had to take my kids away as people would drink and smoke were it was prohibited.

Pros: The property is sutuated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. Felt like home away from home. My kids also loved the play area

Cons: The security at the gate and reception staff were not helpful and didn't give us correct information about our check in
