Villa La Sola B&B and Self-Catering

Pros: I stayed in this B&B room and was truly satisfied. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean,with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was functional and well-equipped, and the breakfast was fresh made. Blessing were kind and helpful. An excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

Pros: Exquisite place ,very very clean ,smells like heaven . I had such a wonderful, peaceful stay . Blessing was of great help ,very polite & friendly. I will return soon for a longer stay . Thankyou guys .

Pros: The place and the facilities were exceptionally of good standard, the room had ample space, tables, chairs etc It was also very quite, making it good for relaxing and refreshing.

Cons: Only one little problem with the hot/cold water shower which was difficult to maintain, by going up and down, from hot to cold and vise vesa

Awesome stay

Pros: Friendly welcome, accommodating housekeeping times , easy to get help if needed from the host ,clean room and comfortable beds , cute friendly dogs

Cons: The room I booked had an indoor staircase that led to a wall. I understand it was separated from the lower level room to make the bnb separate rooms , but I would suggest that the owners renovate and fill up the stairways (to nowhere 😀)and then it would create more space for the 2nd storey room. It was inconvenient for us as I had my daughter visit us with her 2 children under 3 yrs so we had to block the way to the stairs to avoid any accidental falls. Fortunately there was a huge chest that we moved to block the entrance to the stairway to nowhere 😄 Wifi and watching TV was interrupted alot so not sure why it would freeze the TV screen at times . My 2nd daughter did get a very small cut on her foot with a metal bottle cap that was in the pool so we guess an inconsiderate guest didn't put their litter in the bin .

My overall stay was beyond the world, the place was beautiful and well maintained throughout. I loved it

Pros: Got welcomed at the gate by a lovely lady, the room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. I loved everything about my stay

Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable, but super clean.

Ideal place before a flight

Pros: Beautiful room, nicely decorated and very comfortable, with polite and helpful staff. The bed was superb and really warm although it was very cold in Johannesburg. Nice to have a fridge, a kitchenette and a table to eat in the room. The garden is lovely and they let me stay there for a while after check-out. The location is great if you are flying from O.R. Tambo

Cons: The shower is in big contrast with everything else in the accommodation. There’s not much water pressure and it’s impossible to get the temperature you want, it goes from boiling to cold when you turn the shower knob a millimetre. Also, I wasted some water after I opened the left knob, which is usually for hot water, and it never changed. Only then did I try the other one, it would be helpful to know that beforehand.

Conveniently close to the airport

Pros: It was conveniently located close to the airport as we had to catch a 8am flight. We arrived at 11pm, and the host greeted us with a smile. Check in was very smooth. The room was big enough for 3 people to be in comfortably.

Enjoyable stay and convenient near the airport 🛫

Pros: Friendly staff, facilities were over and above expectation. Very warm and welcoming staff member, will to assist and the friendly pets, makes it like home. Beautiful place and well managed.
