What a Lovely Host

Pros: The service is top-notch! The host called and sent us a location of the residence prior to coming, and she always had a smile and was oh so welcoming! As we were there for business, she would pack us breakfast packs if we were running late and would personally knock to ask if we would like them. The rooms were kept clean, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. The water in the shower was piping hot and the electric blankets made up for no heating/AC.

Cons: We went during winter and the room didn't have any heaters or air-conditioning.

Pros: I have always liked staying at Diamond Rose, they are very friendly and accomodating

Cons: More an issue with Booking.com as I booked and paid for a triple room as I had a friend who needed to come along and when I arrived I was not booked into the triple room.
