Pros: The owner is warm and welcoming, so as the staff. Whatever we needed, even the smallest thing like a charger, she would organize

Cons: She must arrange a kitchen sink in the room that we gave booked, though they offered to wash our dishes, which we appreciated. It would have been more convenient to have a sink though
