Pros: About how everything was and it's in a good and safe neighborhood especially for someone coming to Joburg for the first time

Pros: Joseph at the front desk, very resourceful individual. He woke up for us every time we came back in the AMs. The team was really very accommodating and considerate.

Pros: The bed is comfortable and staff they are to friendly and kind 😊

Cons: They must kill all the rats on the roof it's so disturbing

It felt like home

Pros: The place was nice, it's like a second home. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Staff was helpful all the time. Were able to even meet my personal needs or request.

Cons: I booked for a family house/room and it turned out that family room is one room and it also a small room. So I had to Augue before they take me to the right room I've booked for. Another thing I don't know why is the Jacuzzi not included on the booking invoice or booking price? It really farstraiting that I've to pay an additional fee separately for the Jacuzzi.

Pros: Friendly accomodating staff. Value for money. Very secure.

Cons: No bedside lamps but thats about all.

I loved the stay and would go there again it was lovely thank you.

Cons: Sleeping in the front room, the gate was a bit disturbing. The shower water was running outside the shower, which can be fixed.
