Pros: the room was excellent and the staff were friendly

Cons: The noise coming from the footsteps of the upper room.The floors of the upper rooms are very noisy there is a great need to attend to that because they disturb the peace of the lower rooms.

All went so well , the place is good the staff is very friendly, so welcoming

Pros: The location is a bit awkward, and we didn't need any breakfast

Cons: The guests forcing to greeting and following us, offering to buy drinks to young matriculants, made me feel scared and uncomfortable and not safe , because I booked the room for a young child. The noises.

Pros: I stay 3days fest day was clean and second day but day 3 they didn't clean my room also cup it was not clean 😒 😑

Cons: At night lot of noise I have to wakeup at 4 unsure people they nock to my door looking akhiy and the is no gate man or someone at reception for night

Lovely place

Pros: Beautiful and clean, lovely staff. Had a slight issue with checking in but they were able to assist efficiently. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Cons: The booking.com system doesn’t seem to work. WiFi wasn’t working properly.

A hidden gem, amazing stay, we will be back!

Pros: Amazing stay, beautiful place, spacious luxury rooms, great facilities, very helpful and friendly service from staff especially the gentleman at reception Phiwa I think it's his name, he is running the place very well. We were allowed to stay on by the pool after our checkout, ended up only leaving 3 hours later. We will definitely return as we feel one night was not enough.

Cons: One night stay is not enough The TV in the guest lounge kept on blasting the whole night, I think it should be switched off or turned down after 10pm.
