Pros: I humbly appreciate staff PARTICULARLY the 2 employees that welcomed me. The male who had to take the brunt regarding disappointment that the webisite (booking.com) did not provide the option to choose room and we were allocated in the room with mountain view/side which was not the reason we paid the booking. Secondly, the lady who came back to us to try make us happy such that they changed the room and allocated a room with a view to Dam as clients.

Cons: we were very unhappy that the website did not explain/elaborate rooms properly and did not provide option to choose mountain view or dam view.

Pros: I liked the view ,bathroom needs attention and flashing toilets

Cons: It was not a self catering as I asked

Pros: The view is amazing, staff is Friendly and the lodge location is convenient.

Cons: Stairs..plenty of stairs to walk around, but again i love the place

Pros: I liked the fact that they were welcoming and they made sure we found the bedrooms ready for us.

Cons: That loud music cannot be allowed and we can't chill with no music playing since we were a group of friends. But we had a speaker that wasn't loud and they allowed us to play it.

We had a wonderful time and got the opportunity to go for a boat cruise.

Pros: The place is so wonderful for a group of people who just want to have fun away from home

Pros: The place is beautiful and comfortable. One staff member was very welcoming and helpful since we've arrived. His name is Thabo, he assisted us from when we arrived even during our stay until we left

Cons: The place was a bit disappointing from what we were seeing on pictures, also what kind of a self catering that only has plates and glasses,what happened to stoves for us to cook and stuff. Improve on those one and all will be well. Also one staff by the name of Scott was not very welcoming and to assisting as well, I noticed a bit of racism from him, tell him to change and treat every guest fairly and equal
