Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the mall, grocery shops, and restaurants. We loved it so much we went back a second time. We will stay with HWH again when we visit Middelburg again.

As soon as we entered our room, we understood why they have such a high rating - worth every cent!

Pros: My partner and I were well received, and the owner was generous to upgrade our room at no cost as one of the bigger rooms were available for the weekend. The service was great and loved the modern finishes and cleanliness of the room.

Cons: No issues.
