Tucked away in a tranquil beautiful garden

Pros: I loved the beautiful garden, the quiet neighbourhood, the host were so accommodating and friendly, I would gladly recommend staying there.

Cons: In our room the small windows high up just lights up the room way to early, having that said, I would still stay there again and again.

Truly beautiful!

Pros: What a beautiful guesthouse, very serene. I felt our stay was too short and Anita was so welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and excellent. The room was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. The pool was also very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be returning here

A green and tranquil spot to stay in Middleburg.

Pros: Situated down a quiet residential street not far from the centre of Middleburg, Pumpkin Tree is an ideal guest house to stay for one or or more nights when in, or passing through Middleburg. The rooms and main house are surrounded by a tranquil and very green garden with a small pool and water features that provide a very serene ambience to the house. Breakfast was super and Anita the host could not have been more helpful - highly recommended!

Cons: There was nothing not to like about Pumpkin Tree.

a little oasis

Pros: If you step into the property you step into a beautiful oasis. The garden and patio area is absolutely gorgeous with lots of plants and arts, it is fun only to walk around here - we really loved it. All rooms are on ground floor along a nice beautiful area. The rooms are very modern and gorgeous. And what super surprised us, we got a wonderful free breakfast, that was a real bonus. We were super happy we stayed here, as this is a very unique and special place. Thanks for the friendly welcome.

Pros: Perfect location to sleep well between Johannesburg/Pretoria and the Panorama route. Very cosy rooms with attention to special items which make the setting extraordenary. Beautiful garden and pool. Friendly owner who does her job full of dedication.
