Pros: It's quiet place the rooms were a home away from home

Cons: There was no Air conditioning system on our room which might be a problem if I opened windows for fresh air even un wanted guests from the bush might enter.

Pros: Joanna and her daughters where amazing hostesses. They went above and beyond in every respect.

Cons: The water pressure for the taps and shower was very low. Probably no fault of the guest probably water in the area

A real African experience that feels authentic

Pros: The room stayed in was lovely with a small kitchenette and fridge. The location is fantastic - the room opened out onto a beautiful garden and pool. The hotel manager, Boitsoko, was fantastic. She went out of her way to make my stay exceptional. She is a credit to the organisation and I hope that the management recognise that.

Cons: There were some challenges with TV software upgrades and Wi-Fi which fell outside the hotels control. Boitsoko however, was on to it immediately and rectified any issues. Thank you!

Welcoming and comfortable

Pros: Nice, big, and beautiful garden. The room was excellent, had the cottage. The staff were excellent! Will use them again if I need to be in that area.
