The holiday with my family was perfect 🥰

Pros: The apartment was very quiet and enjoyed the lagoon

Cons: The second day, they refused me access to the lagoon and said I am not registered

Pros: Everything smelt fresh and new in the apartment. There were welcome drinks for myself and my sons. The owner was always a call away and super patient and kind. The remoteness of the area and the amenities within the establishment

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Crystal Lagoon. Everything was just beautiful. Our room was clean. I liked the fact that there was a microwave, a washing machine and dishwasher and the owner was nice enough to cater the electric blanket since it is wintertime. That really made us feel at home and warm at night😍.I can't wait to visit again during summertime

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the living room was very cold.

Cons: Access control at check in is slow and congested due to everyone checking in at only one Access point at 14h00. The guards are overwhelmed

Great staycation with little problems

Pros: I liked how spacious the apartment was, the setting of it and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. To top it off, the lagoon view from the balcony was extremely gorgeous .

Cons: The Wifi was slow so we had to use our own, in one bathroom the shower door wasn't functional so water was spilled all over the floor. A family member complained about condiments not being available.

My stay was exceptional, awesome and very relaxing. I would consider coming back again to unit 440.

Pros: The welcome and assistance from the Host helping us to check in. She even made follow up to check if we managed to get in the apartment. The whole apartment was exceptional and made us feel at home. Everything we needed for self catering was there.
