Great comfortable guesthouse in Waterkloof

Pros: Very nice guesthouse with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great anemities in the room to make stay very comfortable. Big comfortable bed as well. Great restaurant right next to guesthouse, so breakfast was of great quality. Staff was also very helpful.

Cons: Only small negative that the aircon in the room was a bit noisier than normal.

Pros: The location and its surroundings, noiseless and tranquility was fit for my purpose.

Pros: The structure is modern, elegant but also furnished with warm style. Really nice and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful in case of any needs and special requests. The structure also hosts an excellent restaurant.

Really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely be back even if it is just for a lunch or dinner.

Pros: The staff live up to their 5 star rating with awesome friendly service. The food was also divine.

We do not stay anywhere else when visiting Pretoria. This place is an absolute gem!

Pros: The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! And the variety is great. Not the normal meals, but very special. The location is very central in Pretoria East and a very safe environment.

Cons: I could not find anything I did not like. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond with kindness and late night support.

Pros: I booked on very short notice due to work circumstances, late in the afternoon, and could only check in at 10 p.m. From the moment I confirmed my booking, the staff were amazing - they immediately replied to my message, reassured me that someone would be there to help, and even offered to arrange food waiting for me in the microwave in my room if I needed it. When I arrived late at night, I was warmly welcomed, shown to my room, and the food was already waiting. The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful and helpful, which made my stay comfortable and stress free. It's rare to find this level of personal care and responsiveness - I really felt looked after. Highly recommend!

Loved it, will stay there again

Pros: the breakfast was amazing and well presented. The venue is stunning, although parking was a bit of a problem. The room was perfect (blind in bathroom needs fixing). Amenities offered were very good and dinner was superb.

Cons: Access to Reception - there was a delegation and I think this impacted on parking and dinner service although the food was very good.

Best Guest House Experience

Pros: A beautiful, well managed and excellent maintained Guest House.......one of the best I have ever visited! Staff well trained and friendly! Food was excellent, especially the Tuna pancake for breakfast. I will certainly choose Opikopi again!
