Pros: Breakfast good and fresh, staff attitude wonderful, treated me with respect and dignity, receptionist friendly and understanding

Cons: Bed not comfortable, towels are no changed, the towels that were there on my arrival on Monday were no changed until I left on Friday, they hang them on the shower door. No provion for tea in the room, no kettle nothing provided for tea

Pros: Arrived to there being no electricity in neighborhood. I asked if I could cancel due to this and I was promised that the money I paid would be kept for the next time I need accommodation in Pretoria.
