Pros: It is very pet friendly. Securely fenced. Great patio. Very quite quaint and has a lovely view. The communication and personal touch from the hosts was also amazing and very much appreciated.

Pros: It was wonderful to have the use of the entire farm. It was wonderful to go on daily walks with the dogs off leash. The hosts were super and nothing was a problem. Even offered to pick up some stuff from town. We stayed there for 10 days and there we had ample to do as well as really relax.

Peace and quiet

Pros: If you are looking for peace and quiet, then this is exactly the place. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the tranquility. The house is neat, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the stoep with the beautiful view on the dam.

Great weekend getaway - hidden away from everyday hustle

Pros: We enjoyed our stay tremendously, especially the dogs. Being able to run around off leash was fantastic. The house catered to all our needs. The beds were comfortable. It was so peaceful all around. Glad the weather held and we could make use of the outside bathroom :) Hope to return in the near future.

An absolute gem of a pet friendly farm stay with beautiful views and hiking areas.

Pros: This is an absolute gem of a farm stay. Authentic and so peaceful, complete with little touches like homemade rusks, fresh flowers and dog biscuits which makes it feel like you are visiting much love family. The best pet friendly stay we have had with plenty of beautiful walking areas and a large properly fenced of yard.

Cons: If being connected to the outside world is important , it should be noted that there is no Vodacom reception. We didn’t mind!

Stunning farmstay weekend breakaway

Pros: We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this lovely spot! The best part was being able to let our dogs run free without their leashes – they absolutely loved it. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable, and we had a splendid view of the farm from the stoep, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. The hosts were wonderful too – super friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful place with great hosts

Pros: Privacy, beautiful views and great walks with the dogs off leash. Very peaceful. Loved the stove inside. Hosts were exceptional.

Cons: The toilet takes a long time to will up.

Pros: It was a lovely quiet location that was fenced off in what felt like a private and remote area. The view from your bedroom and the stoep made for a relaxing tea or coffee in the morning and a peaceful braai in the late afternoon. The owners were welcoming and very accommodating to our needs, making us feel comfortable during our whole stay, as well as very communicative. It was also a great find as it was perfect for pet owners with the fence around the home and ample land to go for walks with the dogs. There was also plenty of wood for the winter to prepare fires inside and outside the house!

Cons: If the water pressure of the toilets was increased it would make the stay just that much more comfortable for a family staying together. A slightly more equipped kitchen (such as a toaster, braai tongs, carving knife, chopping board) would also be great little additions.

A true break away from the hustle & bustle of city living! Simply fantastic!!

Pros: What’s not to like?! It’s amazing! The hosts are amazing! The views are spectacular! It really is a special place to visit!
