Graskop Harrie's Cottage

Pros: Everything, we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel. There were so much attention to detail and the hosts thought of everything. All utilities were of a very high standard

Lovely cottage, quiet area

Pros: Lots of sitting areas, good crisp linens, great shower pressure, well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff.

Cons: The fluorescent light in the kitchen kept tripping. This is a safety issue and should be addressed

Pros: This was a really great place to stay. Very spacious, quiet, comfortable and great value for money. Our hostess went well out of her way to ensure our stay went to.plan.

It was a pleasant quiet and safe stay, very modern and clean. Definitely exceeded our expectations

Pros: The cottage is located in town close to the shops and restaurants. The area is also very quiet and we felt safe during our stay and our drive around town. The property is very nice and well kept, with a beautiful garden. The main house is quite close to the cottage but it has a lot of privacy as the outside seating areas and sliding doors are faced away from the main house. We were also pleasantly surprised by the covered parking provided, there were 2 parking bays on the property. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen, we did not need for anything. It was only 2 of us renting the cottage but we had a choice between 3 bedrooms within the cottage, it would be ideal for a small family as well.

Cons: Graskop seems to have a bit of an issue with the Vodacom network when its cloudy. We were grateful for the free wifi provided, which helped a lot. We however would have liked the option of the TV having a smart tv stick at least and not limited to dstv alone. This did not diminish the quality of our stay but it would have been a nice to have.

Great family cottage for overnight stay in Graskop

Pros: Great cottage for an overnight stay in Graskop. Wonderful lounge area, outside entertainment and spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds with extra heater and blankets for colder nights.

Felt like home

Pros: Beautiful and spacious place. Clean and comfortable. Owner and staff very helpful - quick to respond to any need. Outside security beams was comforting to have.

Pros: The hosts went out of their way and we really enjoyed it. The cottage is central to Graskop and surrounds and is a great base to travel from.

I will be booking again

Pros: The rooms are very spacious, bedding is clean. Coffee, milk, tea and sugar were provided. All kitchen necessities provided

Pros: We loved our stay at Harrie's cottage. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a lot of attention to detail: cool South African art on the walls, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, tea and coffee, and a lovely outside area with a braai. Great value for money.
