Larima Bush Retreat

Pros: It was value for money, the house is big and clean. They even have a fully stocked spice rack which shows how far they go to make your stay comfortable.

Cons: You need to use your own Netflix and Show max login details, for those who don't have, this is an inconvenience. Though it is stated in their policy which I missed when making the booking, you need to pay R2500 breakage deposit which will be refunded the following week. If you make the booking with limited funds, you will be at a loss because without the deposit you won't get the pin to access the gate and if you cancel you will also loose your booking fee.

Comfortable stay surrounded by free roaming wild animals.

Pros: Wildlife on the estate, quiet and peaceful, lovely plunge pool, aircon

Cons: Some privacy screening around the pool from the road, especially when the trees are bare. Very steep staircase to upstairs.

it was just perfect

Pros: its self catering and the location is very secured

Cons: the braai area is under a dry tree and they dont offer guests firewood or charcoal

Pros: The swimming pool and villa is really private. We enjoyed quality family time.

Cons: The items on the countertop were sticky and we had to wash the items before we can used.

We thinking of coming back with the kids especially because of the experience we had with being visited by animals

Pros: It was peaceful and had everything me and my partner needed, was perfect

African adventure

Pros: Everything you need , plus pool was excellent for cooling , the drinking hole for animals was well used , with zebras , warthogs , various birds, and of course tortoise The veranda upstairs was good for sundowners, air-conditioning ket rooms nice and cool at night

Pros: Liked the restfulness of the property and the wildlife walking up to the property. Able to do a game drive by ourselves on the estate property. Friendliness of the staff.

Relaxing getaway

Pros: Spacious, well-appointed accommodations. Convenient to various tourist attractions. The town has nice shop and restaurants. Wonderful to see various animals on the property every morning.

Nice stay

Pros: The place is Soo quite, nature view. The hyena passed by the place during our stay. It was amazing. My kids enjoy the stay. We will definitely come back

Cons: Hair dryer was not available

Exceptional Estate, accommodation & host!!

Pros: From the booking, the travel, arrival, stay and departure the host was exceptional. Open clear communication, friendly, helpful and so much more. We will most definitely be going back, soon! The accommodation is beautiful, the estate is well maintained, the animal is in such a good condition. Well done to Hoedspruit Wildlife Easte and Assured & Tailored Adventures.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like about the estate, accommodation or host. It is a long drive from Gauteng and the roads aren't in a good condition at all, be prepared to dodge for BIG \
