The place is very nice just a few things need attention but they not things that can disturb your stay

Cons: The pool is very small and could use some painting to look a bit appealing , the towels were not enough, quality of toilet paper 🧻 was not good.

Cons: The jacuzzi did not heat up. I don’t know maybe I didn’t know how to turn it on properly. Because it was cold we wanted to heat it up.

Pros: Alex was incredibly helpful! We really enjoyed the accommodation and especially enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, lookout tower and animals coming right up to the house. Saw giraffe, zebra, plenty of buck and Warthog! Right by the crocodile river too!

Cons: The two prong plug in the main bedroom (closest to the sliding door) is not in working condition as it is loose. The double bed in the other room upstairs is also not in working condition and we had to make use of the single beds rather. The only other thing is the showers, we struggled to get warm water at times in the showers.

Short and sweet stay.

Pros: The layout of the house was lovely, made for entertaining! Had alot of animal sightings from the braai area. . .rooms are nice and spacious and beautifuly decorated. Alex who stays there is super helpful also.

Cons: The showers were not so good, struggled getting right temperature and I just hate a shower curtain, especially if I am paying this amount. . .we stayed in the bedroom with bunkbeds as we had a baby with us, that double bed is awful, so uncomfortable and makes alot of noise, especially if your baby is sleeping. The other beds are perfect though. . .on Booking.com the check in time is 14h00, and according to the info received from the host it is 15h00. Check out is 09h00 which is ridiculously early. . .

Pros: The place was clean,very spacious, and the owner was promptly in responding, and we got to see different animals at our doorstep. Definitely, a second round is loading.........

Pros: The house has plenty of space, a great upper floor with outdoor cooking and a look-out tower. The enclosed garden at the back with the splash pool was great for our kids. As was the dishwasher and washingmachine. Every room has airconditioning and all but one room a mosquito net. Lots and lots of animals around, really perfect.

Cons: It seemed we were the first guests after a period of emptyness; the coffeemachine wasn’t cleaned and still full with coffee grounds from the last use, fully molded.. Splash pool had dirty water and took 4 days to be able to see the bottom once Alex took care of it. 2 big canisters for animal feeding were empty, but there was an envelope and honesty system explained. 1 airconditioning wasn’t cooling much; probably uncleaned filters, but too high to reach and check ourselves. All except the mosquito net for the baby cot had holes in them. All in all it felt a little ‘run down’, with empty planters in front of the house and the roof being loose at a certain place which gave a ‘clunking’ sound all the time with wind. Not great if you have trouble sleeping, but we were so tired most of the time that it didn’t bother us a lot. We are hands-on so tried to solve most of the minor issues ourselves. Bring sugar and maybe some soap for the washing machine if you intend to use it. Communication with the on-premise host Alex went great, but the owner communicates through the booking.com app and as you don’t get notified of new messages this isn’t ideal.

Heaven on earth. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Will definitely rebook this venue in future.

Pros: The house was spacious. The location was superb. Beautifully furnished and super clean. The roof patio was wonderful to view the animals which came to visit: giraffe, buck, warthogs, zebra. Air conditioned and very comfortable. Any problems e.g. oven not working, was attended to immediately on the same day. The supervisor on site was helpful and super friendly,
