Marvelous

Pros: friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. The food was also nice and very reasonable. The spa, oh goshhhh it was the best

Cons: my experience was let down by a basic issue — no hot water since Friday till Sunday. After a long day of travel, I expected to enjoy a warm shower, but the water was consistently cold. I reported it to reception. It’s a small detail that made a big difference to my comfort. I really think something should be done

Best place on earth !!!!

Pros: Super clean accommodation in the middle of nature on a beautiful estate with free-ranging animals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is 100% perfectly fine! We will definitely come back. Excellent quiet location and close to various attractions. Very nice climate and beautiful country.. This is really heaven on earth. A big fat 10!!!
