Pros: Lulu was so perfect she knows Batho Pele principles very well, she was so professional and made our stay a memorable one, their linen is clean towels and throw spotless white , their rooms are spotless clean

Cons: Only if the property can put Aircon or Fan in their rooms and consider having breakfast the property will be like a 5 star hotel

Pros: It was easy to find and very neat with friendly staff

Cons: The room was not cleaned the entire time I was there and the noise of the plane every two minutes.

Pros: The room was clean, water was hot and the staff much friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Cons: I was moving in and out of the facility frequently and i did not have my own remote for the gate and i had to hoot while waiting outside. I think if every guest can have their own remote it will be much easier.

Pros: Didn't have time for breakfast because wanted to check in early at the airport Their service is so great was late for check in but they welcomed me with 2 hands
