Pros: Swimming pool ,its deep and beautiful even the room

Cons: We are used of meeting lovely receptionist ,this time we meet some one who doesnt know how to welcome people with smile,love.A beautiful place like that needs someone soft,sweet and bubbly

Cons: No cappuccino/latte/mocha for breakfast,only filter coffee unless you order separately from cappuccinos.😏

Confortable stay and best around Lephalale

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located, and facilities are great. The property is well kept and I can easily say you’d think you are in a different location. Staff are friendly able to help us check in early like around 10am. The restaurant serves great meals. For us breakfast buffet on a Sunday was just a plus, because they normally don’t do it on Sundays

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The hotel met all our needs. The restaurant on the premises was convenient and the service was excellent.

Cons: It is a pity that when the rooms were refurbished, the window frames and door frames were not included. Our bathroom window frame was rusted. There were many mosquitoes in the room. They were, however, big and slow and easy to kill. The fan, set at slow speed, kept them at bay at night.

A relaxing and comfortable oasis.

Pros: There aren't too many reasons to visit Lephalale, but this hotel is one of them. The rooms are large and comfortable and complemented by excellent service from the staff. By way of example, I reported a faulty tap in our bathroom to reception just before breakfast. By the time we returned to the room the plumber was just about to leave, having already replaced the tap's washer! Breakfast at the Cappuccinos restaurant (integral with the hotel) was excellent, too. At weekends an a la carte breakfast is served; Tuesday to Friday breakfast is a buffet. We enjoyed our first day at the hotel so much that we extended our stay in Lephalale by another day...

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: The room was comfortable and we could rest peacefully

Cons: The shower mixture isn’t working . It was not possible to get a good balance of hot and cold water. Please sort it out. That was the only thing we didn’t like.
