Pros: The location, cleanliness and kindness from the staff

Cons: There are no phones in the room, if one needs something you have to go to the reception. Like an iron, one needs to collect it from the reception instead of calling

Pros: Great hospitality, the moment I checked in I was taken around the hotel and to my room by Jeanette. She is the BEST!, wonderful breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Cons: For the fact that guests are not allowed to bring food in the hotel, it felt we are fost to eat there. I proposed the hotel review their policy, sometimes guests they want to eat something different e.g. KFC etc

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food was good. The space is peaceful and close to key areas of attraction, making it very convenient.

Cons: The room we were assigned to had aircon issues and it was very hot. The staff did provide a fan for us.

Pros: Jeanette was absolutely amazing from the moment our booking was confirmed until we checked out. The family will definitely be returning. There were fruits, snacks and water for the whole family when we arrived. The restaurant has a bigger menu offering variety of food, which was served within 30 minutes. We know where to go hide from the noise when it gets too much :) ;)

Cons: The terms and conditions regarding the kids under 12 can be a little more clearer and bold, it should not form part of the long read so people do not get hit by suprises.
