It was a great break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life

Pros: The facilities were great The staff members were really friendly and accommodating. The spa treatment was superb. The food was top notch and the restaurant staff were fantastic

Cons: The fact that there was no bar fridge in the room

Pros: Everything, cleaners, service from office, kitchen,breakfast and dinner was very delicious

All in all the thumps up for the facility, staff and the food

Pros: Breakfast was very delicious, the hospitality fromstaff was great, or Host Karabo was excellent

Cons: Limitation in bath towels in the room

Pros: Karabo and Luck's service was exceptional. Beds were so comfy. The food and service were EXCELLENT.

Cons: I found the game reserve a bit odd with the fences everywhere, and we were quite unlucky with our game viewing.

Cons: I did not like the fact that I arrived late, I didn't get a chance to swim. Lol
