Pros: Location was good closer to where I was attending the course.

Cons: Driving inside the parking was very difficult. I was terrified thinking I was going to hit guardrails.

Pros: Friendly staff, i booked for my daughter, around 7pm I couldn't reach her. I called the hotel to find out if she arrived and I was told she hasn't arrived. They assisted me a lot in tracing her until we found her. Thanks to the supervisor/ manager who was on duty. It is much appreciated

It was memorable, the staff commendable.

Pros: The room was clean, the staff really helped me in ensuring that the stay was one that memorable. The breakfast was good.

Cons: The air condition was faulty and was not cold especially for someone like me who has a problem with indoor heat. One of the windows were leaking as it was raining.

Pros: We got a chance to go the pool even though it was late. The staff was friendly. The room was good and clean.

Cons: The buffet was almost finished, only few things was left. The chicken was a bit off it wasn't fresh.

Pros: Food, friendly staff,the location,the mall ,clenliness The view on the first 2 nights , which was in the front view , first floor. I just forgot the room number lt was excellent, and

Cons: In my first 2 nights in my first room ,there were a lot of cocraches I have extended 2 nights, and I was changed to another room 517. I was fine,I didn't see any coccrahes except the on and off sound over the noise as if there was someone working by a harmer even at night The view was boring me in room 517, but the first room on the first floor was excellent because it was facing the pool The floor rug(mat) I didn't like becose my sun is allegic to household dust mites,so she is reacting from the floor rug So those coccroaches and sound made me uncomfortable.
