Fab hotel, great staff

Pros: We had a great stay here before catching the Rovos Rail to Victoria Falls. There was a small issue with our room, which was dealt with extremely well. All the staff were delightful.

it was super awesome

Pros: the restaurant layout and food-thank you Neo for super awesome service we loved our evening sitting at the balcony-t was super awesome the reception ladies welcomed us with a huge smile we got lost in parking when we came in and the cleaning lady was generous to take us to reception

Cons: the aircon was dripping water and because it was later we decided to put the dustbin as we were already in bed

Great place to stay whilst visiting Pretoria University students.

Pros: Large bed and very modern and clean interior bedroom and bathroom.

Pros: The stuff was friendly, room clean we loved our stay.

Cons: We were charged levi money we didn't know about even though it was R13 something we needed to know. Unlike we get informed when we checked out that we didn't pay levi fee but it wasn't there when we booked
