OUR STAY AT C'EST LA VIE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Pros: Location of hotel is excellent, near shopping malls and restuarants. The hotel is very clean and beautiful gardens.. The staff at receiption was welcoming. Charity made our stay very comfortable. The staff in the restuarants were very polite and ready to assist. The food was great and very tastey. The lady who served us on our first breakfast was very good and smiling all the time. Unfortunately i forgot her name. We will definately come again next year in August.

Cons: Just a few little things like our room which was room 3 it had no socket for a shaving machine in the bathroom and one side of the shower unit wall has some glass fosted bricks which might be an intrusion of privacy because there's a laundry room is next to the bathroom.

Pros: The location was close to where we were, the cleanliness and comfort not forgetting the staff 👌

Cons: Nothing except that I paid an extra amount than what booking. Com charged me, they said i was supposed to pay online so they wre charging me extra because it was a weekend..I couldn't understand their reason but wel I had no choice I had to pay

Pros: The place was nearest to the civic centre,very clean ,the staff was brilliant, the beds are very comfortable. Thank you so much

Cons: The breakfast didn't meat my expectations. The coffee was bad and flow. Almost the same thing every day. Please include some cold meat and croissants. Just make a variety for us to choose from. Please improve your eggs are not nice and they don't ask how do we want them.

Was a great stay

Pros: Bed was comfortable Breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was simple and tasty Had working air conditioning It’s well decorated looks very nice on the outside

Cons: On checking we had to pack our car outside property which felt unsafe because there was an event going on
