Ukutula Lion Lodge

Pros: Lion interaction but kids were not allowed to take photo with cheetah.

Cons: Not really worth R5k/night

Pros: It was Awesome, we had a lovely time, the walking with Lions was epic 😎 😀, the staff was friendly, the chalets were cleaned everyday.

Pros: Overall the entire experience was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Animals are well kept. Owners are very much involved with the property

Pros: The place was absolutely amazing. The photos on the website did not do the place justice. It was so well maintained, clean, staff were so friendly and the activities that we could engage in was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Pros: The facility was well preserved, our chalet was clean & really comfortable. The bed & pillows were a bit hard buty everything else was just perfect.

Cons: Just the feel of the beds & pillows they were too hard.

Pros: The showers were not as clean as I would have liked but everything else was great.

Pros: Best experience of my life.. The owners and the staffs was amazingly nice and help with everything i need.. The activity’s in the lodge are amazing and you have to try them all. The food was superb!! Thank you so much for amazing experience i will definitely visit again when i’ll visit south africa again

Good experience with lions and leopards

Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, complete kitchen facilities, excellent staff. We heard the roar of lions at night. You can touch leopards and lion cubs, walk with lion, learn more about lions, amazing experience

Cons: Shower room leaking, water came out from the left side window

Our stay was beautiful.

Pros: It’s was a beautiful experience. Being woken up by the big roars of the lion was exceptional. The staff were excellent.

Cons: I didn’t like that we all had to share one bathroom as a family and there is little privacy between the two bedrooms in the Chalet.
