I will most definitely come back on a yearly basis
Pros: The property was equipped with everything we needed and the cleanliness world class.Nettie and Norah are so kind people and helpful.Norah made sure we got everything we needed during our stay just a call away, such a sweet person.
Cons: One room drainage system must be looked at and neighbours must understand that people talk and can be a bit loud.

The Den at Kruger exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend.
Pros: The whole party said they found the property amazing, it looked great in the pictures but is even better when you get there. The living area is very large and comfortable and the pool was bigger than we expected. Nora the maid did a fantastic job of keeping the living areas and the bedrooms clean and tidy during our visit, she was so helpful. Before you have even gone into Kruger NP you feel like you are on Safari there are so many animals to see right on your door step. Remember to buy animal feed from the local supermarket and you will have visitors everyday, what a privilege to have Zebras eat out of your hand from the balcony. We visited South Africa for 3 weeks and this was our last week, we could not have hoped for a better place to stay. After getting home we have already decided we will be visiting South Africa again within the next couple of years and hopefully the Den at Kruger will be available during our visit.

Luxurious rest in the bush
Pros: The place is absolutely beautiful and well kept, everything inside is high quality, from pots and pans to bedding. Nettie and Norah take great care of you in all aspects. Everything was very clean, and Norah is lovely at keeping it everyday. The pool area is very nice and we had a great time feeding animals: kudus, impalas, zebra and warthogs. Having aircon was a must, as it can get very warm. Backup power was also available and we did use it as energy problems are common.
Cons: The living room is a little warm as it has no aircon and you cannot open the doors and windows because of the animals. Showers were tricky, usually too warm or too cold.

Pros: The facilities are top of the range but what makes this place even more special is the location. You can watch the animals and birds come and go from the beautiful deck and bbq area. I have never been so close to zebra, kudu, gnu and warthogs! There are even resident bush babies that come out at night.

Overall, our stay was fantastic, with excellent service, a great location, and a welcoming atmospher
Pros: The location was fabulous, with animals roaming around adding to the charm. We were particularly happy with the lodge manager, who facilitated an open feedback session where our request for the cleaning staff to relax their efforts while we are using the space was listened to and appreciated. She engaged with us in a way that made us feel she genuinely wanted to understand our concerns, all of which, with a little training, can be addressed for our future stays, which we are definitely planning on. For our trip to Kruger, it was very easy to get picked up, and in less than 30 minutes, we arrived at the Crocodile Bridge Gate, which is conveniently close to the lodge. While we had organized our own guide, the lodge manager, Sandra, who is extremely helpful and responsive, can also assist with this and any other queries.
