the stay was out of this world.

Pros: Breakfast location was the best . I loved the view and the serenity.

Cons: The spar is the best and i enjoyed the boat cruise . A bit of music at the boat cruise will be better.

Pros: I loved the hospitality of the staff and the food.

Cons: The game drive was dry, it was not value for money, if I knew the property did not have enough animals i would have booked for the milk and honey bath, did not book for it because of time

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The experience was pure luxury and comfort . Elegant experience.

Pros: Five-star luxury at its best — spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, and service that made us feel like royalty. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. From 5 course meals to 7 course meals .

Cons: Just the cruise wa a bit underwhelming.

Pros: Everything about the facility, the staff (very friendly and always willing to assist), food (the chef was definitely showing off), our room and definitely the spa facilities, especially the merlot bath

Pros: From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely out of this world! The staff was welcoming , friendly and the willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The lodge itself is well-kept, and the attention to detail in the service really sets it apart. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and caring, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here thanks to the exceptional service, especially from Mathapelo and Dora, and we would gladly return.

Cons: The only issue we experienced was that the room had a strange smell — almost like carpet — which was odd because there was no carpet in the room. While it didn’t completely ruin our stay, it was noticeable and could be improved for an even better guest experience.

Cons: In my opinion the place was well thought through though I will be great if the spa hours could be extended as 6pm is way too early and will allow guest to enjoy other activities in the establishment

Pros: The food , friendly staff ,cleanness. Perfect 👌 place to be.

Cons: The off-road to the venue, but once you get there you forget about it.

Cons: Please upgrade the main road to the property. Even if it can be filled with gravel for it to be drivable
