Cons: We struggled to check in because they said they no longer have room that are available except w disabled n the smoking room. It took us 30minutes to get check in

Pros: The restaurant provided really well made food. The staff was amazing and friendly. The quality of the rooms were amazing and the location was perfect

Cons: I have nothing much as to what I did not like. The parking situation did pose a few problems and the aircon in our room struggled with regards to heating up the room especially as the remote was not working

The rooms are exceptional and beds so comfortable

Pros: There was misunderstanding with out breakfast arrangements as we were traveling to the funeral early around half 6,so we were not happy with the breakfast pack because that was not explained proper to us

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere.

Cons: There were some minor maintenance issues, like a flickering light and a slow-draining sink, but nothing that ruined the stay.
