Villa ZaZu

The stay was great and the property was good and the all family enjoyed it a lot.

Pros: The location was good and near all facilities we required. It was also easier to get to all the entertainiment we needed like quad biking. The property had continuous animals strolling around, which was great for the kids.

Cons: There were cockroaches in some of the areas of the property, but being an animal park, you can expect that.. The only advise is that, maybe, the owners need to treat/fumigate the property at least once a year will slowdown the spread of the cockroaches.. Additional to that, the spread comes from the septick tank and that needs to be treated at least once a year..

Pros: We absolutely loved the massive entertainment area, which is separated from the main house. There were more than enough beds and the kitchen was stunning. The atmosphere was bush-meets-modern-comfort.

All-in-all we had a lovely stay at Villa ZaZu and made great memories.

Pros: Location and setting were great. Very private. Loved that the animals came onto the property. Galina, the hostess was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and tidy. The boma and pool are a lovely addition. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: There were a few small things lacking that could have taken it from an 8/10 to a 10/10. I was disappointed that the main lounge/entertainment area was not part of the house, but detached. But I may have missed this in the description. The property can sleep 8 ppl but only 4 dining chairs are at the dining table. The bath towels are old and need replacing. The lighting in the honeymoon suit is poor.

Private , modern and overall fantastic stay

Pros: The house is fully equipped, we especially loved the animals roaming and stopping by to eat right in front of the patio. We especially enjoyed the boma area. The house was very private and had ample space for the family. Galina was a very friendly and helpful host assisting us nearby attractions, and restaurant suggestions. The place was also received squeaky clean overall we had a fantastic stay with no complaints and would highly recommend.

Cons: We had no dislikes in the property. Everything was fantastic. A recommendation based on our personal opinion would be that the patio needs more comfortable seating and maybe a small fridge and coffee facilities in the “honeymoon suite”

Pros: An amazing stay and highly recommendable. Seldomly do you come to a place that meets every single expectation, and this was our experience with Villa ZaZu. The facilities are well-kept and everything we need was provided. Comfortable beds, plush linens and the evrything was impeccably clean. Galina, the villa manager was of great assistance and warmly welcomed us. I will defintiely be returning for our next trip.

A beautiful home away from home, with all the wildlife you need.

Pros: The location was secluded, you did not see or hear any neighbors. The decor and facilities were great and well thought out. The house is welcoming and allows for lots of animal visitors.

Cons: There was not much that we weren't happy with. Any requests we had during our stay was attended to in a very timely and professional manner.

Lovely family get away near the Kruger

Pros: This was the second time that we have stayed here and we love this place. It is comfortable and has everything we need. Loved all the animals visiting and the quiet nature. Loved the deck by the pool and all the bathrooms

Cons: We feel there needs to be more maintenance done and some upkeep needed. We notice the Kitchen had been redone which was nice but some light bulbs need changing, main fan was broken, blinds were broken. Dish towels were not great, The sink in the kitchen was leaking but once we reported it, it was promptly fixed. More lighting at the braai area would be a good consideration. Would have loved to use the upper deck but doors were locked with no keys. I see now these comments were on previous reviews so hope they will be noted.

Pros: Die Verwalterin Galina war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Die Betten und Schlafzimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten haben regelmäßig Kudus, Warzenschweine, Giraffen, Impala, Mungos usw. vorbeigeschaut.

Cons: Die Sitzgruppe im Haupthaus ist ziemlich durchgessen.
