Pros: It was cold despite the fireplace. Please were closed on Sunday and Monday for dinner. Shut by 17.00

Pros: The cottage is beautiful, spacious and value for money. The location is perfect, you can park your car and can walk to all the little shops and restaurants.

Cons: The cold rooms, not enough blankets but we know now for future stays and that didn't stop us for enjoying our stay.

Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to the shops, restaurants etc…literally on your doorstep.

Cons: N/A however more heating is a must for winter and those very very cold days.

Enjoyable stayover, will be back

Pros: Lovely secure cottage just about in the centre of town.

Cons: The steps going to the bedrooms were a bit steep for one with a gammy knee. Perhaps a railing from top to bottom may do the thing.

Pros: booking and on site staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cottage was clean and ready for us, and had all we needed for self catering. Complementary 1st nights firewood very welcome. Nicely, artistically furnished. Good location for visiting the shops and restaurants in the town.

Cons: Our cottage Van Gogh was very cold, a bigger heater and electric blankets for the bedrooms would be great.

Comfortable Artists' Cottages

Pros: Everything except the lack of kindling for the fire, so it went out before the logs caught fire properly

Pros: We liked the location as it was walking distance from everything. The cottage itself was very cozy and comfortable with all the necessary requirements that we needed. Unfortunately, the rain was a bit of a handy cap, as we couldn't use the outdoor braai facility, but the weber on the porch helped a lot!

Cons: Maybe a recommendation to put a handrail in the shower as the shower floor are very slippery. Just to hold on when you are washing your lower body and feet. Also just to add a fan in the cottages as it was very hot and there were no air conditioners.
