Exceptional.

Pros: The host Josie is very nice. The property is exactly as on the photos. It’s very clean. I loved the dam view and the green surroundings.

A MUST stay place in Magoebaskloof

Pros: Breathtaking location in the forest with a variety of dams for fishing. The fireplace in the room warmed us up for the chilly evenings and mornings. Lovely deck with comfortable chairs.

Pros: The stuff were friendly and accommodation was clean

Absolutely beautiful!!!!! It hit the recharge spot.

Pros: The location in the mountains was amazing. It was peaceful, secluded and beautiful. The cabin was well stocked in terms of self-catering and it was the perfect location for holiday where you want to recharge and have little to none cellphone signal.

Cons: - The kitchen tap is broken and if you twist it - it sprays everywhere and so that needs to be repaired. - The light bulb outdoors was not working which made braai'ing quite hard

Stunning farm and scenery, perfect place to relax.

Pros: Beautiful location and such a pretty farm, it is neat and very well-maintained. Remote and quiet and the unit we were in had no TV or wifi which is lovely to disconnect from the rat race.

Cons: Our unit didn't have a great view of the dam, it is a bit set back, but it did have a gas water heater which was more convenient than the donkey. And there are lots of benches and places to sit to enjoy the views.

Pros: The property was absolutely breathtaking, peaceful and very clean. We had the pleasure of choosing between the 5 different dams to do fly fishing which was a bonus. Our cabin gave a warm homie feeling and was perfect for a weeks stay, especially being fully equipped with the essentials.

Clean, peaceful accommodation in a beautiful location. Highly recommended.

Nice weekend retreat

Pros: Nice wood accommodations close to the trout waters. Ample wood and cozy fireplace. Gas backup is provided in case of load shedding.

Cons: The dam in front of the accommodation was not productive in regards fishing and the other dams only by float-tube (although you can rent these). We were on our way back from Dullstroom and I have to say that the fishing does not hold a candle to that of Dullstroom (selected areas of course). It might be a good idea to have some ventilation in the huts since not everyone realises that they need to crack a window when the fireplace is going. No internet and you need to bring your own decoder if you want to watch TV (which I cannot imagine you would want to...)
