Eye of Kruger - Spacious holiday home with splash pool and boma

Exceptional

Pros: Everything. Zelda and Linda were great help when needed . We had about 4 types of animals visit us daily and I was so bummed for not seeing the zebra at the Kruger safari but the universe said hold on, we had it come the same day and when we left about 7 of them all came at the same time .

Cons: Nothing really . The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave 😩😩😩.

Superb!

Pros: Anti-burglar alarm system. Lots of glass in the main bedroom for ample view of surroundings. Marloth park has stores and restaurant so no need to exit the park for basic needs. Everyone pleasant and helpful. Great for winding down, relaxing and enjoying the wildlife encounters.

Cons: A bit close to the main road so you hear the cars quite often.

Great place for relaxation

Pros: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place! The surroundings were calming and peaceful, and the cleanliness was impressive. Our highlight was getting up close to the amazing animals, and the splash pool was a bonus treat for all of us. The host Zelda was friendly and was able to attend to our issues promptly.

Cons: While we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and animal encounters, there were a few areas that could be improved. Notably, the lack of a TV was a bit of a drawback for us. Additionally, we found it unusual that the cleaning services didn't come throughout our stay, as daily cleaning is a standard expectation in most self-catering accommodations. Also, the brown couch on the right side could use some attention, as it felt a bit unstable when sat upon.

A peaceful bush escape with everything you need for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Pros: The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy atmosphere. We especially loved the splash pool and boma area—perfect for relaxing in the evenings while listening to nature. The location felt private yet close enough to local attractions. Seeing wildlife right from the yard was a highlight.

Cons: The kitchen door locks itself automatically when closed, which became a bit frustrating—especially when stepping out briefly and forgetting the key inside. A small tweak to the lock system would make a big difference.

Memorable stay - Great Accommodation & Host

Pros: The space is perfect. Wonderful oven, kitchen offers everything you need. Sparkling blue pool and fantastic ambience with the boma. Zelda and Linda really went out of their way to make this stay memorable. A very big thank you for the Milk Tart and also going out of your way to find us a potjie pot that we could use.

Cons: Our time was too short.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay. Excellent hospitality, hostess is wonderful. Lovely and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place.

Pros: The place is beautiful, clean and it is visited by animals every now and then. The host Zelda is so helpful and sweet.

Pros: We met with Linda and her husband and sat down with them for hours and had a beautiful conversation. It was warn and had everything we wanted. Saw animals in the morning. It was definitely value for money.
