Our holiday at Tumuga exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Wonderfully peaceful Cosy The host made us feel like family

Cons: Solar being affected by weather The dirt road leading up to the lodge is not suited for low cars.

Pros: Love the off the grid and a peaceful atmosphere away from the buzzy world

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming — she truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even arranged food delivery from a nearby restaurant so we wouldn’t have to go out, and offered to set up a lovely wood fire for us. She took the time to explain everything clearly and even shared stories from her life, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. The place itself was peaceful, cozy, and just what we needed to relax. A heartfelt thank you to her and her son — such warm and genuine people. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet getaway surrounded by nature

Pros: Off grid energy was the best from solar power to gas stove ,gas geysers and gas fridge

Pros: Nice quite just want we were looking for. Good place to visit where solo or family. Amazing views to wake up to

Pros: Peaceful and serene. The swimming pool was lovely. The animal sounds and the landscape were lovely.

Cons: The tiny visitor I had in the kitchen with two ears

Had a fantastic stay

Pros: The serenity of the place. The quietness was out of this world. It is also safe. Being off the grid that's what I wanted.

Cons: The pool water was a bit milky, the smell of carbon monoxide was disturbing while sleeping at night.

Pros: It's value for money plus a perfect hide out for peace with beautiful mountain view
