Dissapointing

Pros: The chalets were very good & clean.Saw lots of animals around the chalet.

Cons: We had a meal at the restaurant.I had chicken with garden salad.I had 4 small pieces of chicken.The rest of the salad was mainly lettuce I did complain & was told they would make it up toe with the next meal I ordered.So the last day we were there,the restaurant was closed for a private function,so nothing was done.very disappointing

Lovely place for relaxation.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Sondela, amazing activities and facilities.

Cons: If all costs could be included on quotation amount reflecting on all bookings websites, we end up paying additional costs that was not budgeted for

Pros: Great place to relax. The kids enjoyed the nature experience. We loved everything there as well as playing games. We will definitely come back for MTB race and Trail runs.

Pros: It is located close to the facilities but still gives quiet and tranquility.

Cons: Some TLC needed in one of the bathrooms. Towel holder kept falling off the wall

Pros: The animals all over. Everything was thoughtful of the guests 's leisure. From the cutlery tovthe crockery. The Lapa just in front of the kitchen with a movable braai stand and a welcome Christmas message. The wine daily wine bottle was a cherry on top

Cons: There were frogs, and l'm afraid of frogs. I was lucky my husband was there to assist The Lapa is not properly kept.

Our family vacation was unbelievable , we really appreciate everything.

Pros: The venue,the service offered exceed the expectation,the cleaners and maintenance guy to fix our electricity problem,the game drive guy making us to understand the environment as a whole.

Pros: Sondela is a beautiful nature reserve. We always enjoy our stay. Love how peaceful it is in some spaces. The chalet was very clean.

Cons: The toilet in the main recreational area was very untidy. There was toilet paper on the floor and it was very wet. We asked for clean towels and did not receive them. Someone should be watching the unnecessary diving in the heated pool, one cannot enjoy it with all the kids diving and splashing.
