Pros: The communication and instructions received prior to check in was exceptional, easy to read, understand and apply. The security team at the main gate/entrance were also very helpful and ensured easy access into the complex.

A Comfortable Stay

Pros: The apartment was impeccably clean, with everything in order, including cooking utensils and the bathroom. Its location was highly convenient, just a short walk from the Mall of Africa. The Wi-Fi was superb, with no glitches. Overall, the value for money was reasonable considering the amenities offered. I'd highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, location, and reliable amenities. It exceeded my expectations in many ways, making for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Well equipped and comfortable. Apartment was easy to access by codes with two parking bays.

Cons: The next apartment block is being completed and building work was sometimes noisy. Thus saying, it was very pleasant to sit outside once the builders had finished work.

Pros: Everything... Location was perfect. Two minute walk to Mall of Africa with direct access from the apartment block. Top notch security. Perfect hosts with excellent communication from the time booking was made. The apartment is very modern and being on the ground floor was a bonus. In the event of a medical emergency, it was peace of mind knowing there's a hospital directly outside the apartment. Looking forward to booking here again.

Très très belle découverte ! Au pied du MALL OF AFRICA !

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé, au pied du Mall of africa - il est très bien équipé. L'immeuble dispose d'un très très bn restaurant, le jardin est magnifique. les propriétaires étaient très réactifs au téléphone, cela nous a facilité l'accès.

Cons: Explications pour l'accès à l'appartement un peu compliquées, en fait le système est complexe et cela n'a rien à voir avec les propriétaires qui font de leur mieux. Le temps de comprendre comment ca fonctionne et après ca devient plus simple dans la pratique. Dommage d'ailleurs qu'il faille automatiquement passer par le parking pour se rendre à l'extérieur mais bon on s'y fait et on fait sa marche. La 2eme clim , est dans le séjour et non dans la chambre principale - Comme la température était douce, cela ne nous a pas trop impacté, mais il est important de le savoir car forcément, avec des températures plus élevées, dans la chambre, il fera certainement plus chaud. Autre suggestion, vu le tarif, ca serait bien d'avoir une vraie cafetière, les commerces étant à quelques pas, l'achat des capsules se ferait sans difficulté.
