Great experience

Pros: The view is amazing, the place is absolutely beautiful and clean

Cons: I had app incompatiblities as my huawei phone does not use Google play store app and so we struggled with the lock system.... They should have alternative options for such cases but luckily we had a different phone which has play store.

Pros: Like everything especially the close Proximity to Mall of Africa. The hosts were very understanding and allowed us to extend our check out time as we wanted to leave and catch a flight. Would choose this Air B n B over an over!!!

Pros: The location of the unit is central in Midrand, which is great!

Cons: Having to download an app to get into the unit was unexpected, so because I was unprepared for that, my check in was delayed

Pros: Convenient and close to my office. Good value for money.

Cons: No hairdryer or fan / aircon. Place was very hot and the sliding door didn’t give much relief to the heat. No extra towels. Found an empty condom box in cupboard.

My stay was really great 😊 I’d definitely be staying there again.

Cons: The bed makes noise when you climb onto it and when you move around.

Pros: The accommodation was really modern and neat it's small but meets your needs in every way possible

Cons: Couch was a bit soiled and the pillows was too soft for my liking also the unavailability of an aircon was a let down

Pros: It's a nice apartment, good area, wonderful host.

Cons: They should consider aircon because sometimes the temperatures can be unbearable...otherwise not a bad apartment.

Lovely apartment opposite Mall of Africa, but the walking / arrival experience needs improvement

Pros: The location since I was doing work at Waterfall City.

Cons: Overall, the apartment was lovely and convenient, but a few aspects made the stay less convenient: Work suitability: The apartment is not well-suited for work trips. There is no dedicated desk, and the available plugs are not positioned near the small table, which makes setting up a laptop and charging phone, impractical. Arrival experience for pedestrians: Arriving on foot was unnecessarily difficult. Pedestrians are required to pass through a narrow turnstile, while vehicles enjoy a wide, open boom gate. There is also no clear wayfinding for pedestrians, and coming from the Mall is not convenient since the Karkloof entrance is not used, and I had to walk all the way around to the car entrance on Magwa. This creates a poor first impression and should be addressed with the property managers. Similarly in the evening, walking all the way around the back to get to the Mall is not ideal. This needs to be addressed with the precinct. I also don't understand why I got two access codes for the keypads at the turnstiles. Very long messages that are just confusing and too much to read when you are on a business trip with limited time. Access system (Bold lock): The Bold lock system was frustrating to use. Uploading the app and applying the link(s) was not intuitive, and I felt anxious about whether the access link might expire again when returning in the evening. There was no reassurance that support would be available if the system failed, which made the experience stressful

Pros: The place was neat and technology used for access makes you feel safer wifi speed was good

Cons: Just the bedroom carpet needs a bit of vaccuming its black but dirt still show rather remove as some people have sinusitis esp where u sleep...and couldnt operate the stove 😑maybe instructions on how it works but all in all everything else looked clean and neat

Pros: Property was clean and the security was tight. I love that place so much

Cons: The property didn’t have a microwave and they didn’t refill the coffee, sugar and all those things.
